What Will You Get ?

After the session, either the same day or the following day, Philippe will send you a link by email to a private gallery to which only you will have access. This gallery will contain all the images created during the session, the good ones as well as the less successful ones. Even if the images appear in colour in the gallery, each photograph will be available both in Colour and in Black & White. None of the images in the gallery may be used by the model as they are. Any image delivered by Philippe must first be retouched or, at the very least, checked by the author.
For a standard photoshoot, Philippe grants the model 10 images. It is therefore up to the model to select at least 10 photographs from the gallery that she would like to receive. Please note that the photographer reserves the right not to deliver certain images if he considers that they do not meet the required quality standards. The final edited images are sent to the model in both high and low resolution by email within 15 to 20 days following the session.
The images that are delivered are royalty‑free for the model’s use and are considered her property. However, they remain protected by the author’s moral right to the integrity of the work, which is inalienable and cannot be transferred. As a result, no modification may be made to any delivered photograph without the photographer’s prior formal consent.
Naturally, Philippe may agree to deliver a few additional images (beyond the 10 “contractual” photos).

If, for any reason, a long time after the shoot the model wishes to obtain additional photographs taken during the session, it will still be possible to ask the photographer to process a new selection of images. This will generate an extra fee, which will vary according to the number of files requested and the time needed for retouching.
At the model’s request, Philippe may also use the images created during the shoot in combination with A.I. tools, for example to dress the model in haute couture outfits, hats and accessories that would otherwise be impossible to obtain, or to place the shoot in magical locations, dream hotels and restaurants, or other unusual settings. Philippe insists that A.I. will never be used to alter the model’s body shape or facial features; only the context and environment around her may be modified.

Finally, at the model’s request, Philippe can create a dedicated website for her, complete with a domain name registered exclusively in her name. The site can naturally incorporate the images created with Philippe during the photoshoot session, as well as any other photographs owned by the model. It is also possible to include videos such as “Behind the Scenes” footage, making-of clips, interviews, and more. Booking and contact features will of course be fully integrated into the site.
A standard website is billed at € 250 excluding VAT for its creation, followed by a monthly subscription of € 29 excluding VAT for maintenance and hosting.
